| What is the minimum quantity that can be ordered? | ||
| Our minimum is 100 ornaments. (We can accommodate orders as low as 50 if placed before July 15th. (A $50 below-minimum charge applies.) | ||

Ornament price is determined by three things:
There is a one-time setup charge based on the number of imprint colors. The only other charge is shipping, which can be estimated at approximately $18 per 100 large ornaments, or $12 per 100 small ornaments. We ship via FedEx ground from Denver Colorado. | How does one go about ordering? | ||

The process starts with the design. If you have artwork, a photo, or just a design idea, please send it to us via email here: e-mail artwork Please include your preferences for colors (ball and imprint), and any wording. We will send back a layout. When all meets your approval we'll send an order form and layout approval form that you may fax, mail, or email back to us.

| How quickly can I receive my ornaments? | ||
| Once we've received you've approved our layout we need 3 weeks for production, and 2-5 days for delivery (Fedex Ground). | ||
| How are the ornaments packaged? | ||
| Each ornament is individually boxed. Standard packaging is our Howe House box seen in the center (below). Also available is a generic "Holiday" box, and a plain white box. | ||

| What colors are available? | ||
| We have over 40 ornament colors, and hundreds of imprint colors. Click image below for details. | ||

| The ornament cap is available in silver or gold. | ||
