| What is the minimum quantity that can be ordered? | ||
| Our minimum is 100 ornaments. (We can accommodate orders as low as 50 if placed before July 15th. (A $50 below-minimum charge applies.) | ||

| How does one go about ordering? | ||
| The first step is the design. We will prepare a mockup for you at no cost or obligation. To help us begin the process you may use this form: Layout Request Form. Or you may call first with any questions. Contact information can be found here: Contact Us. | ||
| How quickly can I receive my ornaments? | ||
| Please 2 weeks for production, and 2-5 days for delivery (FedEx Ground). | ||
| How are the ornaments packaged? | ||
| Each ornament is individually boxed. Standard packaging is our Howe House box seen in the center (below). Also available is a generic "Holiday" box, and a plain white box. | ||

| What colors are available? | ||
| We have over 40 ornament colors, and hundreds of imprint colors. Click image below for details. | ||

| The ornament cap is available in silver or gold. | ||

Ornament stand An acrylic ornament stand is available at a price of $1.82 each. |

Imprint Area Our large glass ornament has a two-inch diameter imprint area. Our small glass ornament has a 1.75 diameter imprint area. |
