User Agreement and Policies

This Agreement shall be between you (the "Customer") and Howe House Limited Editions, Inc. (the "Company"). Customers to the site will have the authority to create and purchase products for their organization/institution/corporation/school, small business or corporation. By using the Site and the Service, you have agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and you agree to use the Site and the Service solely as provided in this Agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights

Howe House Limited Editions, Inc. requires its customers to utilize the intellectual property of www.howehouse.com in an appropriate and lawful manner. Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs and written and other materials that appear on this site are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Howe House Limited Editions, Inc.

The Company reserves the right to reject any order that it considers libelous, defamatory, obscene, profane (according to standards established by the FCC), portraying irresponsible use of alcohol or other substances, advocating persecution based on religion, gender, age, race, disability, sexual orientation, or national origin, containing overt sexual content or is otherwise deemed inappropriate to produce.

The Customer agrees to not use the Company’s Website to create any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party.

Returns Policy

Howe House Limited Editions, Inc. strives to ensure that all orders meet our high standards of quality and are filled in a timely fashion and accurate manner. We accept returns and will refund payment of your order if your order arrives with: materially flawed merchandise (i.e. defective) or materially different than Customer's final design submitted to Howe House Limited Editions, Inc. Kindly notify the Company within 24 hours of receiving shipment.

Price Changes and Errors

Howe House Limited Editions, Inc. reserves the right to cancel orders that have been mispriced due to technical or human error.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Indiana and, where applicable, by federal law.
